Sidharth Malhotra’s first 2018 release, Aiyaary, was undoubtedly heading for a massive trouble after the makers of Rajnikanth–Akshay Kumar-starrer 2.0 had pushed their release date to January 26th of next year, the same date when Sidharth Malhotra’s army drama was supposed to release.
But, thanks to the makers of Aiyaary, the film will not face the same ill fate that Raees and Kaabil had this January.
Renowned trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced the new release date of the film in this Tweet below:

While it’s a relief that this Neeraj Pandey’s directorial has dodged a MAJOR bullet, we are hearing that John Abraham’s Parmanu is also planning to announce its release to be somewhere in February itself. They had to shift the release since the makers of Padmavati decided to release their film on 1st December.
Well, looks like these big films are destined to clash with one another. Although we sincerely hope that doesn’t happen, because many producers and exhibitors desperately require the much-needed cash-flow to stay in business.
Let’s see what fate has in store for these big releases.
