Farhan Akhtar and Abhishek Kapoor to reunite for film?

Rock On!! turned out to be a great collaboration of Farhan Akhtar and Abhishek Kapoor. In 2016 when the sequel of Rock On was made the fans were expecting the film to be directed by Abhishek Kapoor but the film was directed by Shujaat Suadagar. But looks like fans do not have to wait, as Farhan Akhtar and Abhishek Kapoor are set to reunite for a film.

A source close to a leading daily reported that Farhan approached Abhishek to direct a film for him which will be written by Javed Akhtar.

As per the source  “Farhan and Abhishek’s collaboration won them a National Award. They made a great team. It won’t be a surprise if the two come together soon. Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani want Abhishek to direct the film. Though not much is known at this stage, the two recently met Abhishek to discuss the film with him. They are keen that he directs the film as they feel the subject is something that would be very apt for him. ”

Well, we are surely very excited to witness another gem from the duo.
