CONFIRMED! Isabelle Kaif to debut in Bollywood with this film!

For a very long time, Katrina Kaif’s younger sister, Isabelle Kaif’s Bollywood debut was hanging in the balance. However, it has now been confirmed that Isabelle will be making her debut opposite Sooraj Pancholi (Yes, deal with it!) in debutant director Stanley D’ Costa’s Time To Dance, which will go on floors in London soon.

Reportedly, Isabelle will play a Latin ballroom dancer while Sooraj will play a street dancer self-trained in Salsa, Zumba and Bachata. The film will reportedly showcase a variety of dance forms ranging from Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive.

Having already done a Canadian film before called Dr. Cabbie in 2014, Isabelle excitedly spoke on how she feels about her debut, she said, “I can’t wait to start work on my first Hindi film. We will be in London for around 50 days and will shoot in a start-to-finish schedule.”

Coming to Sooraj, he had been waiting for a film offer ever since his debut in 2015 in Hero. Equally elated about his second film, he stated, “I have fallen sick after training for 10-12 hours every day. But now my body is getting used to it. It has been around three months since Isabelle and I started training for the film. It feels like going back to school.

Director Stanley too spoke about Sooraj and Isabelle’s training process for the film. He said, “The dance forms are not easy to pick up but Sooraj and Isabelle have made immense progress. They look fabulous together in a dance film with a love story woven into it.”

Now all eyes would be on the younger Kaif, as she makes her Hindi film debut. Will she prove to be as successful? Let’s wait and watch.
