Chinese IMDB Annual survey ranks Aamir Khan as No.1!

Aamir Khan has been more than well-known at his home turf, but over the course of a couple of years, his stardom and his standing in the field of world cinema has become bigger and higher respectively, and now, we have some HARDCORE proof to back that claim!

In a recent survey conducted by IMDB China, Aamir Khan is ranked as no. 1 foreign actor. This goes to prove that Khan is not only a pan-India star but has gone ahead to become a global phenomenon.

The actor has a huge fan base across the globe and now, thanks to Dangal, especially in China.

As is well known, Dangal has a received a strong positive word of mouth in China and is one of the most watched films in China. But, before that, Aamir’s previous films, such as 3 Idiots, PK and Dhoom: 3 were also very successful at the Chinese ticket counters.

The Chinese market has not opened for any other actor the way it has for Aamir. As of now, for them, the definition of Indian movies is anything done by Aamir.
