Box Office Verdict: Nanu Ki Jaanu stays breezy and steady!

Abhay Deol and Patralekhaa’s much-awaited and talked about comeback film,  a supernatural horror-comedy (or horredy) titled Nanu Ki Jaanu has debuted on its weekend on perhaps a rather impressive note, in spite the kind of reviews this Faraz Haider directorial venture has received.

But, it looks like Deol and Patralekhaa do indeed have a decent fan base and the film, at least in our opinion, has enough surprises in it to not turn out to be an entirely disappointing of a watch.

An official press statement from the makers read that, “Inbox Pictures declares the box office figures for the first weekend of Nanu Ki Jaanu. Abhay Deol and Patralekhaa starrer Nanu Ki Jaanu directed by Faraz Haider collects Rs 6.20 crore over the weekend at the box office. Day 1 – Rs 1.30 crore. Day 2 – Rs 2.10 crore. Day 3- Rs 2.80 crore. Total- Rs 6.20 crore.”

In the light of this, the film in question is being said to end its lifetime run by posting a figure of somewhere around 12-14 crores.
