Excitement and expectations are soaring high from Padmaavat star Shahid Kapoor’s next film, which is the Shree Narayan Singh-directed Batti Gul Meter Chalu. From whatever images that have surfaced from the sets of the film so far, we are getting the impression that Batti Gul Meter Chaalu, a film which seemingly talks about the electricity disparity issue in India, is going to be one fun and quirky affair!

What instilled our faith further in our belief is this new poster that has just made it to the internet ahead of the release of the trailer, which will make it to the virtual world tomorrow at 12.30 pm.
