“Arjun Kapoor is just like our dad”- Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi Kapoor is all set to make debut with the upcoming film, Dhadak. Dhadak is an official Hindi adaptation of the hit Marathi movie Sairat. The movie also stars Shahid Kapoor’s step-brother, Ishaan Khatter and is directed by Shashank Khaitan who previously has helmed projects Badrinath Ki Dulhania and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.

Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter have been these days very busy promoting their movie on various reality shows and have been doing many press interviews. In a recent interview with a leading daily, Janhvi spoke about her bond with Arjun Kapoor and was quoted saying “I’ve realised Arjun is very wise, just like dad. They can comfort and guide you in a way that many people can’t. It comes from experience and having made successful films. Everyone has always said such nice things about him and the way he’s been brought up. He values honesty and tells me to be respectful towards people.”
