Ajay Devgn starts shooting for Raid in Lucknow

Ajay Devgn’s recent release Baadshaho received a great response at the box office. Well not wasting anytime Ajay Devgn has started shooting for his next Raid in Lucknow.

The actor even tweeted about it and wrote “Off to Lucknow nearly after 10 years. Looking forward!”

Ajay along with his co-star Ileana D’Cruz arrived in Lucknow on Sunday. Ajay will be seen playing an Income Tax Officer in Raid. The Drishyam actor will be doing a 60 day non-stop shoot in Lucknow.

Set in Uttar Pradesh in the 80’s, the film will be based on one of the most popular and well-crafted Income Tax raids in the country.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the script of the film is written by Ritesh Shah, who was associated with Pink and Airlift.

The film is all set to hit the theaters on 20 April 2018.
