The shooting for the first schedule of Aamir Khan‘s Thugs Of Hindostan will begin from today. The film will be shot aboard on two specially constructed, massive ships, that were built for over two months and are currently docked by the Maltese seaside.
Writer-director Vijay Krishna Acharya shares, “The set of the film is in a high-security water zone, with restricted access. Both ships have been built in the early 18th century-style, complete with cannons and other weapons. An international crew has been hard at work, creating these elaborate ships in Malta. Most of the portions filmed on board these ships will involve high-octane action.”
Thugs of Hindostan is an adaptation of the bestseller novel ‘Confessions of a Thug.’ It revolves around the story of the thugs who murder travellers and loot their money and valuables!
The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, and Dangal‘s Fatima Sana Shaikh. The movie is produced under the reputed banner of Yash Raj Films and will release in Diwali, 2018.
