‘Bigg Boss’ 10 date announced

The countdown has begun. The much-awaited reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 10 will be back on television on October 16. Salman Khan is all set to return as the host of Bigg Boss for seventh time in a row. And this time, ‘Bigg Boss’ vouches to be extremely different.

‘Bigg Boss 10’ will have common men and women entering the show along with celebrity contestants. So it’s all set to be crazier in this edition of ‘Bigg Boss’.

Now, the makers have finally revealed the date and time slot for the reality show. The C.E.O of Colors,Raj Nayak confirmed the same while tweeting a promo featuring Salman Khan.

The show is scheduled to begin on October 16th which is also the day of the grand premiere. But there’s a change in the film’s time slot. Unlike other years, this season, the show will be aired in the 10.30 pm slot on weekdays but it maintains the 9 pm slot on weekends when Salman will take over.

In the promo, Salman is seen getting on an auto, whose driver is glad that his wife and mother have auditioned for Bigg Boss and hence he is relaxed that he does not have to deal with them if they get selected.

‘Bigg boss’ has over the years become a platform for those who have hogged controversies in one way or the other and agree to enter the house to gain fame. The show encourages conversations, fights and quarrels and whoever is able to master that, emerges the winner. Until now, the show has not permitted entry to anyone outside the fraternity. But this time, it looks like even common people are getting a chance to enter the show, hence, the tagline for its latest season reads, “Aap hi ka ghar samajh lo (consider this your own house).”

Though the confirmed list of participants is still awaited, the audience is  excited to see how common people like any of us, will manage to make a space for themselves among others.
