3 things that keep Jacqueline Fernandez fit and sizzling!

Jacqueline Fernandez is quite disciplined when it comes to her appearance and her sizzling physique is proof of that. She constantly advocates staying fit by using natural means.

Here are some pro-tips from the Judwaa 2 star:

Starting the day the right way:

Her day begins with a glass of warm water and yoga practice. Yoga is very much rooted in the workout and fitness regime of the svelte beauty. She practices yoga at least 3-4 times a week. She also likes to practice different activities such as pilates, hot yoga and few sets of planks which help her in staying fit.

Eat and drink right:

Jacqueline believes that an extreme diet and extreme workout regimes hardly ever help, so she follows a regime that is somewhere in the middle of the two. The actress divides her meals into different portions and makes sure that she eats something healthy every 2 hours and drinks an abundant amount of water, which keeps her hydrated and her metabolism kicking.

Don’t like the gym? Dance it out!:

Dance is an integral part of Jacqueline’s fitness regime, and, during the shoot of ‘A Gentleman: Sundar, Susheel, Risky’, she introduced pole-dancing to her regime. The dance form is a perfect form of exercise if one wants to become and stay lean. In fact, she has grown so fond of it that she has now even installed a pole at her house.

Last but not the least, Ms. Fernandez believes if you want to stay fit and healthy, you must stay and think positive come what may.

The actress was earlier quoted saying, “Health is not about your size or your weight, it’s about how strong you feel mentally, it’s about how much energy you give your day every day and it’s about how confident you feel about your skills, whatever they may be.”.

Jacqueline will be next seen in Judwaa 2 opposite Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu.
